I want you to feel confident and supported in every purchase — but due to the nature of instant-access digital products, there are important refund boundaries to understand. 

💾 Digital Product Access 

All products are delivered digitally and available for immediate download after payment. As a result, full refunds are not offered once the product has been accessed, opened, or downloaded. 


✅ Refunds May Be Granted If:

You made a duplicate purchase in error

You were unable to access or download the product and contacted me within 7 days

The product was not delivered as described and I was unable to resolve it


❌ Refunds Are Not Available If: 

You changed your mind after download

You didn’t read the product description or check compatibility

You expected a different format than what was listed
